Part VI of subchapter B of chapter 1 is amended by striking section 179A (and by striking the item relating to such section in the table of sections for such part). Section 62(a) is amended by striking paragraph (14). Section 280F(a)(1) is amended by striking subparagraph (C). Section 312(k)(3), as amended by this Act, is amended by striking , 179A each place it appears. Section 1016(a) is amended by striking paragraph (24). The amendments made by this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31, 2005.
