§22-14-16. Schedule of application fees established.

The secretary shall promulgate rules in accordance with the provisions of section four of this article, to establish a schedule of application fees which shall be submitted by the applicant to the department together with the application for a certificate of approval filed pursuant to this article. The schedule of application fees shall be designed to establish reasonable categories of certificate application fees based upon the complexity of the permit application review process required by the secretary pursuant to the provisions of this article and the rules promulgated under this article.
The secretary shall not process any certificate application pursuant to this article until the certificate application fee has been received.
