92.14 Soil and water resource management program.
(1)Definitions. In this section:
(a)“Best management practices” has the meaning given under s. 281.65
(a).
(b)“Nonpoint source” has the meaning given under s. 281.65
(b).
(c)“Priority watershed” has the meaning given under s. 281.65
(c).
(2)Establishment. There is created a soil and water resource management program, which has all of the following purposes:
