879.41 Fees in court.

879.41 Fees in court. Fees in court shall be allowed:

(1)To appraisers, an amount to be fixed by the court;

(2)To jurors, the fees under s. 756.25 ;

(3)To witnesses and interpreters, the fees under s. 814.67 , and to expert witnesses, the fees under s. 814.04

(2);

(4)Travel as fixed by the court;

(5)In cases not provided for, a fair compensation shall be allowed by the court.
