85.023 Planning for bicycle facilities. The department shall assist any regional or municipal agency or commission in the planning, promotion and development of bikeways as defined in s. 84.60
(a). The department shall draft model local zoning ordinances for the planning, promotion and development of bikeways and bicycle racks.
