812.24 Penalties.
(1)Any creditor who violates s. 812.01
(3)or 812.02
(2)shall forfeit not more than $100 which forfeiture shall be paid to the county treasurer.
(2)The court before which the garnishment action is pending shall have summary jurisdiction under this section.
