77.14 Forest croplands information, protection, appropriation. The department of natural resources shall publish and distribute information regarding the method of taxation of forest croplands under this subchapter, and may employ a fire warden in charge of fire prevention in forest croplands. All actual and necessary expenses incurred by the department of natural resources or by the department of revenue in the performance of their duties under this subchapter shall be paid from the appropriation made in s. 20.370
