757.001 Definitions. In this chapter:
(1)“Circuit court commissioner” means a person appointed under SCR 75.02
(1)and a supplemental court commissioner authorized under SCR 75.02
(3)to the limited extent of that authorization.
(2)“Supplemental court commissioner” means a person appointed under s. 757.675
(1).
