55.20 Appeals. An appeal may be taken to the court of appeals from a final judgment or final order under this chapter within the time period specified in s. 808.04
(3)and in accordance with s. 809.30 by the subject of the petition or the individual’s guardian, by any petitioner, or by the representative of the public.
