470.06 Reciprocal licenses. Upon application and payment of the fee specified in s. 440.05
(2), the appropriate section of the examining board may issue a professional geologist, hydrologist or soil scientist license to a person who has been issued a similar license by another state or territory of the United States or in another country if he or she submits evidence satisfactory to the section of all of the following:
(1)That, subject to ss. 111.321 , 111.322 and 111.335 , he or she does not have an arrest or conviction record the circumstances of which substantially relate to the practice of professional geology, hydrology or soil science.
