46.21 Institutions and department of human services in populous counties.
(1)Definitions. In this section:
(a)“Administrator” means the administrator of the county hospital who is appointed under sub.
(am).
(am)“County board of supervisors” means the county board of supervisors in a county with a population of 750,000 or more.
(b)“County department of human services” means the county department of human services that is created under sub.
