457.18 Practice under counseling compact. An individual who holds a valid privilege to practice in this state may, subject to s. 457.51
(4), do any of the following:
(1)Practice professional counseling in this state, subject to s. 457.50
(4).
(2)Practice professional counseling in this state via telehealth, as defined in s. 457.50
