41.56 Public service requirement.
(1)The board shall by rule define “public service” for the purpose of this section.
(2)Every recipient of a grant awarded by the board under the board’s general grants program or community arts program from the appropriation under s. 20.380
(b)shall perform a public service that shall be mutually agreed upon by the board and the grant recipient at the time the grant is awarded.
