345.38 Effect of plea of no contest. The forfeiture of a deposit under s. 345.37
(2)to a charge of violation of a traffic regulation shall not be admissible in evidence as an admission against interest in any action or proceeding arising out of the same occurrence as the charge of violation of a traffic regulation.
