343.247 Employer notification program.
(1)In this section:
(a)“Employee” has the meaning given in s. 343.245
(a)and also includes any person whose employment responsibilities include the operation of any motor vehicle.
(b)“Employer” has the meaning given in s. 343.245
(b)and also includes any person, including the state or a political subdivision thereof, who employs a person whose employment responsibilities include the operation of any motor vehicle.
