33.41 Definitions. In this subchapter:
(1)“Board of commissioners” means the board of commissioners of the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission.
(1m)“Commission” means the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission created under s. 33.42 .
(2)“County” means Dane County.
