302.116 Extended supervision conditions for sex offenders.
(1)In this section:
(a)“Serious sex offense” means a violation of s. 940.225
(1)or
(2), 948.02
(1)or
(2), 948.025 , 948.06 , 948.07 , or 948.072 or a solicitation, conspiracy, or attempt to commit a violation of s. 940.225
(1)or
(2), 948.02
(1)or
(2), 948.025 , 948.06 , 948.07 , 948.072 , or 948.085 .
(b)“Sex offender” means a person serving a sentence for a serious sex offense.
(2)As a condition of extended supervision, a sex offender shall live in a residence that the department has approved.
