3.18 Eighth congressional district. [ See note preceding subchapter I. ] All of the following territory constitutes the 8th congressional district:
(1)Whole counties. Brown, Calumet, Door, Kewaunee, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca.
