3.12 Second congressional district. [ See note preceding subchapter I. ] All of the following territory constitutes the 2nd congressional district:

(1)Whole counties. Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Sauk.

(2)Richland County. That part of Richland County consisting of all of the following:

(a)The town of Ithaca.
