291.87 License actions; hearing; public comment.
(1)If the department proposes to deny, suspend or revoke a license for the reasons stated under sub.
(b)to
(f), the department shall comply with the procedures specified under this section.
(1m)A license issued under s. 291.25 may be denied, suspended or revoked if the applicant or licensee does any of the following:
(a)Fails to pay any fee required under ss. 291.05
(7)and 291.33 .
