254.182 Repayment to general fund. The secretary of administration shall transfer from the appropriation account under s. 20.435

(gm)to the general fund the amount of $735,000 when the secretary of administration determines that program revenues from fees imposed under ss. 254.176

(e)and

(4), 254.178

(d)and 254.181 are sufficient to make the transfer.
