25.46 Environmental fund.
(1)There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the environmental fund, to consist of:
(ae)The moneys transferred under s. 20.855
(wc)for environmental management.
(am)The moneys transferred under s. 20.855
(f)for nonpoint source water pollution abatement.
(ar)The moneys transferred from the Wisconsin development reserve fund under 1999 Wisconsin Act 9 , section 9225
(1).
(b)The fees imposed under s. 94.64
(a)4. for environmental management.
(c)The fees imposed under s. 94.65
(a)4. for environmental management.
(d)The moneys specified under s. 94.681
(a)for environmental management.
