193.121 Legal recognition of electronic records and signatures. For the purpose of satisfying 15 USC 7002
(B)as that statute relates to this chapter, this state acknowledges the existence of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC 7001 to 7031 .
