18.51 Provisions applicable. The following sections apply to this subchapter, except that all references to “public debt” or “debt” shall be read to refer to a “revenue obligation” and all references to “evidences of indebtedness” shall be read to refer to “evidences of revenue obligation”: ss. 18.02 , 18.03 , 18.07 , 18.10
