179.0118 Change of registered agent or registered office by limited partnership.
(1)A limited partnership or registered foreign limited partnership may change its registered agent or registered office as provided in s. 179.0212
(5)or by delivering to the department for filing a statement of change that states all of the following:
(a)The name of the partnership or foreign partnership.
(b)The information that is to be in effect as a result of the filing of the statement of change.
(2)The general or limited partners of a limited partnership need not approve the filing of any of the following:
