177.0214 Distributions by certain insurance company activities.
(1)Subject to s. 177.0210 , property distributable in the course of a demutualization of an insurance company is presumed abandoned.
(2)Subject to s. 177.0210 , property distributable in the course of the dissolution of the Health Insurance Risk-Sharing Plan under 2013 Wisconsin Act 20 , section 9122
(1L), and 2013 Wisconsin Act 116 , section 32
(b), is presumed abandoned.
