17.275 Records of applicants for elective positions. Unless otherwise directed under s. 19.36
(7), no appointing authority or individual acting on behalf of an appointing authority may withhold from inspection or copying under s. 19.35
(1)any record of the name or address of an applicant for appointment to fill a vacancy in an elective office.
