14.832 Respiratory care interstate compact. There is created a respiratory care interstate compact commission as specified in s. 448.9889 . The commissioner on the commission representing this state shall be appointed by the medical examining board as provided in s. 448.9889
(b)1. , with the advice of the respiratory care practitioners examining council, and shall be an individual described in s. 448.9889
(b)2. The commission has the powers and duties granted and imposed under s. 448.9889 .
