120.41 Composition of school board.
(1)A school board of a unified school district may have 5, 7 or 9 members.
(2)The number of school board members may be changed in accordance with s. 120.02
(1). A plan of apportionment of school board members may be adopted in accordance with s. 120.02
(2).
