115.43 Precollege scholarships.
(1)Definition. In this section, “ economically disadvantaged pupil” means a pupil who satisfies the income eligibility criteria for a free or reduced-price lunch under 42 USC 1758
(b)(1).
(2)Scholarships. The state superintendent shall:
(a)Annually set goals relating to increasing the percentages of economically disadvantaged pupils who graduate from high school and are prepared for postsecondary school education.
