103.64 Employment of minors; definitions.

103.64 Employment of minors; definitions. As used in ss. 103.64 to 103.82 :

(1m)“Farming” has the meaning given in s. 102.04

(3).

(2)“Nonprofit organization” means an organization described in section 501

(c)of the internal revenue code.

(3)“Permit officer” means a person designated by the department to issue permits authorizing the employment of minors.
