Property taxes levied by the state under RCW 84.52.065
(1)for the support of common schools must be paid into the general fund of the state treasury as provided in RCW 84.56.280 . Property taxes levied by the state under RCW 84.52.065
(2)for the support of common schools shall be paid into the state general fund in the state treasury as provided in RCW 84.52.065 (2).
