If subsequent to the time that the exemption of any property is initially approved or renewed, it is determined that such exemption was approved or renewed as the result of inaccurate information provided by the authorized agent of the applicant, the exemption must be revoked and taxes must be levied against such property pursuant to the provisions of RCW 84.36.810 or * 84.36.049
(4)for exemptions granted under RCW 84.36.049 .
