The state capitol committee may construct any two of the following three facilities:
(1)A two story parking facility south of the transportation and public lands building in the existing parking area;
(2)multiple level but not to exceed three story parking facility adjacent to the new office building;
(3)multiple level but not to exceed three story parking facility adjacent to the new office building.
