(1)There is established in the state treasury a special wildlife account. Moneys received under RCW 77.12.320 as now or hereafter amended as compensation for wildlife losses shall be deposited in the state treasury to be credited to the special wildlife account.
(2)The state treasurer may invest and reinvest the surplus as provided by RCW 43.84.080 .
