In addition to the penalties imposed pursuant to RCW 76.09.170 , any person who conducts any forest practice or knowingly aids or abets another in conducting any forest practice in violation of any provisions of RCW 76.09.010 through 76.09.280 or 90.48.420 , or of the regulations implementing RCW 76.09.010 through 76.09.280 or 90.48.420 , shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment for up to three hundred sixty-four days or by both fine and imprisonment for each separate violation.
Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
