In each calendar year and upon satisfaction of the conditions in RCW 74.60.150 (1), and so long as none of the conditions in RCW 74.60.150
(2)occur, after deducting or reserving amounts authorized to be disbursed under RCW 74.60.020
(4)(d), (e), (f), and (g), disbursements from the fund must be made as follows:
(1)$10,000,000 for payments to financially distressed hospitals in accordance with RCW 74.60.100 ;
(2)For payments to small rural disproportionate share hospitals payments in accordance with RCW 74.60.110 ;
(3)For payments to hospitals under RCW 74.60.120 ;
(4)For payments to managed care organizations under RCW 74.60.130 for the provision of hospital services; and
(5)For support of payments under RCW 74.09.611 for medicaid prospective payment hospitals and designated public hospitals.
