Once a dependency is established under chapter 13.34 RCW, the department employee assigned to the case shall provide the dependent child age twelve years and older with a document containing the information described in *RCW 74.13.031 (18). The department employee shall explain the contents of the document to the child and direct the child to the department's website for further information. The department employee shall document, in the electronic data system, that this requirement was met.
