(1)All persons providing treatment under this chapter shall also implement the integrated comprehensive screening and assessment process for substance use and mental disorders adopted pursuant to RCW 71.24.630 and shall document the numbers of clients with co-occurring mental and substance use disorders based on a quadrant system of low and high needs.
(2)Treatment providers contracted to provide treatment under this chapter who fail to implement the integrated comprehensive screening and assessment process for substance use and mental disorders are subject to contractual penalties established under RCW 71.24.630 .
