The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
(1)"Account" means the diesel idle reduction account created in RCW 70A.55.040 .
(2)"Department" means the department of ecology.
(3)"Loan recipient" means a state, local, or other governmental entity that owns diesel vehicles or equipment.
