Beginning November 15, 2017, the department shall annually report to the governor and the appropriate committees of the legislature on the number of facilities, entities, or provider groups identified in *RCW 70.225.040
(l)and
(m)that have integrated their federally certified electronic health records with the prescription monitoring program utilizing the state health information exchange.
