A covered entity shall not:
(1)Sell or transfer a covered product except to a commercial business in accordance with RCW 69.57.040 ; or
(2)Sell or offer to sell, directly or indirectly, a covered product without a label notice that meets the requirements of RCW 69.57.050 .
