(1)A retailer licensed under this chapter is prohibited from operating a vending machine, as defined in RCW 82.08.080
(3)for the sale of cannabis products at retail or a drive-through purchase facility where cannabis products are sold at retail and dispensed through a window or door to a purchaser who is either in or on a motor vehicle or otherwise located outside of the licensed premises at the time of sale.
(2)The board may not issue, transfer, or renew a cannabis retail license for any licensee in violation of the provisions of subsection
(1)of this section.
