(1)All timeshares registered under this chapter are exempt from chapters 21.20 , *58.19, and 19.105 RCW.
(2)This chapter shall not apply to any enterprise that has as its primary purpose camping and outdoor recreation and camping sites designed and promoted for the purpose of purchasers locating a trailer, tent, tent trailer, pickup camper, or other similar device used for land-based portable housing.
