(1)A declaration created after July 27, 2025, and applicable to an association of apartment owners located fully or partially within a station area as defined in RCW 36.70A.030 may not prohibit the construction or development of multifamily housing or transit-oriented development density that must be permitted by cities under RCW 36.70A.840 or require off-street parking inconsistent or in conflict with RCW 36.70A.842 .
(2)This section expires January 1, 2028.
