Credit is allowed when the reinsurance is ceded to an assuming insurer not meeting the requirements of RCW 48.12.410 , 48.12.415 , 48.12.420 , 48.12.425 , 48.12.462 , or 48.12.430 , but only as to the insurance of risks located in jurisdictions where the reinsurance is required by applicable law or regulation of that jurisdiction.
