The insurance commissioner shall adopt rules requiring insurers who are authorized to write property and casualty insurance in the state of Washington to record and report their Washington state loss and expense experiences and other data, as required by RCW 48.05.390 . These rules may not require a report to be submitted by any insurer that has no data or experience to report.

Notes:
Effective date — 1985 c 238: "The requirements of RCW 48.05.380 and 48.05.390 shall commence with the year-end report for the reporting period ending December 31, 1986. In addition, the data required under RCW 48.05.390 shall be provided for the years 1975 through 1985 and shall be filed with the commissioner on or before March 1, 1986." [ 1985 c 238 s 3 .]
Severability — 1985 c 238: "If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected." [ 1985 c 238 s 4 .]
