(1)Sections 1, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, and 21 of this act take effect July 1, 2001.

(2)Sections 2, 18, and 19 of this act take effect July 1, 2002.

(3)Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, and 13 of this act take effect April 1, 2001.
