As used in RCW 11.96A.260 through 11.96A.320 , "superior court" means:
(1)Before the commencement of any legal proceedings, the appropriate superior court with respect to the matter as provided in RCW 11.96A.040 ; and
(2)if legal proceedings have been commenced with respect to the matter, the superior court in which the proceedings are pending.
