§ 3907. Savings clause
This chapter shall only apply to self-storage rental agreements entered into, extended, or renewed after January 1, 2009. Rental agreements providing for monthly rental payments but providing no specific termination date shall be subject to this chapter on the first monthly rental payment date following January 1, 2009. (Added 2007, No. 183 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.)
